This giraffe was just calmly walking away from two lions that were stalking it, as if thinking: “ha, they will never catch me!” and after he stood up the lions ran away. We saw multiple more giraffes, including seeing some in the setting sun which made a cool effect. We also saw one that was being hunted by what seemed like all of the lionesses that were in the pride. I was really surprised when I saw him just walking away from two full grown lions.
Fun Giraffe facts: Giraffes can be from 15-20 feet tall, when full grown. The tongue of a giraffe is purple. Giraffes are hunted by being chased down rocky hills by lions, so that the giraffe falls over for an easier target.
