Hyenas

These hyenas were being caged in their own pen and fed by humans. They did this because the lions would have eaten them otherwise. These hyenas were still just getting used to being kept away from nature and were trying to get out of the pen. The lions were also stalking around outside of the pen trying to get to them. I thought this was sad because the hyenas had to be moved from their natural environment and adjust to a drastic change.

Hyena Facts: There are four different kinds of hyenas that differ in size and diet. Hyenas can run 37 Mph.
